Two deliberative jurors in the rape trial of former ’70s Show star Danny Masterson were dismissed Monday because they were diagnosed with COVID-19. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlene F. Olmedo turned to jurors with two options and asked the panel to begin with deliberations.
Jurors were returning from a week’s vacation on Monday after Olmedo was told on November 18 that they were deadlocked and after nearly three days of deliberations could decide on none of the three counts of rape against Masterson. Could not

Masterson, 46, is accused of raping three women, including an ex-girlfriend, between 2001 and 2003 at his Hollywood Hills home.
