A three-day national camp based on women power will be organized in Indore in the last week of December based on the thoughts of Acharya Vinoba Bhave. Women with Gandhian ideas from different parts of the country will participate in it. The camp will be organized in the Takshashila campus located on Khandwa Road in collaboration with the Gandhi Research Chair of the University.

Dr. Anil Bhandari gave information about the decisions taken in the meeting organized by Universal Peace and Social Development Society at Abhay Prashal. He informed that Nandini Camp is being organized in Indore on 22, 23 and 24 December, in which women from different countries of the country will participate. The camp based on women power will be organized in collaboration with Gandhi Research Chair of Devi Ahilya University and in coordination with Dr. Rekha Acharya, Head of Department, School of Social Sciences Studies.

Work will be divided by forming committees

It was decided in the meeting that the day-long activities of the camp would be conducted by Dr. Pushpendra Dubey and Shweta Gupta. Prachi Parihar has been entrusted with the responsibility of registering the participants. For the entire camp, work will be divided by forming committees under the guidance of Alok Khare, Dr. Anil Bhandari and Shafi Shaikh.

In the camp, Vinoba Bhave’s visit to Indore in the year 1960 and his vision of Sarvodaya city will also be discussed. In the camp, Gandhian thinkers will provide guidance on subjects like Khadi, Village Industries, Handloom etc. Jyoti sister and Ramesh bhaiya from Pawanar will also participate in the camp for guidance.
