Nagpur, Unseasonal rain wreaked havoc not only in some parts of the district but also in some parts of the city it rained heavily for about half an hour. Heavy rain started in North Nagpur at around 2.30 pm, which continued for half an hour. During the rains accompanied by strong winds, there were showers in many areas of the city and drizzle at some places.
Hail was also reported to fall in Gorewada area. The weather turned cold due to the rain. The Meteorological Department recorded the maximum temperature of the city at 31.0 degrees Celsius, which was 6.1 degrees below the average. And the minimum temperature was recorded at 19.0 degrees Celsius. The weather has been strange for the last few days. Sometimes it is sunny, sometimes it changes and sometimes it rains almost daily.
Clouds will rain for 2 more days
The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility that there may be 1-2 spells of rain on the next 2 days i.e. 20 and 21 March. At the same time, from 22 to 25 March, the weather of partial change will remain. During this, the maximum temperature of the city is likely to remain at 32 to 35 degree Celsius and the minimum temperature at 19-20 degree Celsius.

Due to the strong storm, there was a power failure in some areas of the city. Behind the Gorewada Palouti Church, there was a power cut in some settlements including Surajnagar, Sangamnagar at around 7.30 pm. Mahavitaran made the system smooth at 9.20 pm. Citizens were troubled due to power failure.
