The Almond Board of California organized a panel discussion on ‘Ayurveda – Achieving Holistic Health with Nutritional Science’. Celebrity fitness trainer Kiran Dembla, nutrition and wellness consultant Sheela Krishnaswamy, Ayurvedic expert Dr. Nithika Kohli participated in this discussion and RJ Shejji acted as moderator for this discussion.
