27 people were injured in an accident between an oil tanker and a bus in West Bengal. A collision occurred between an oil tanker and a South Bengal State Transport Corporation (SBSTC) bus on Sunday afternoon.
On getting the information, the police rushed to the spot and rescued the injured passengers. All the injured passengers were rushed to Tomluk Medical College, where 12 passengers were treated and released immediately.

However, the injuries of the remaining 15 people were serious and they were admitted to the hospital. According to sources, the accident took place near the crossing and road repair work was in progress, creating a blockage. It is said that the bus was going from Digha to Kolkata.
