BSP supremo Mayawati and SP President Akhilesh Yadav have supported the bill presented in Parliament regarding women’s reservation but have put a condition. Mayawati said that the Central Government is going to bring a bill in the Parliament to give reservation to women on 33 percent seats in the Lok Sabha and State Assembly. We support it.
He said that considering the number of women, even if the percentage of reservation had been 50 instead of 33, we would have supported it. It is expected that this will be discussed in Parliament.

Be it group formation, bank accounts or houses provided under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the percentage of women is high in all these. Women empowerment has started in the new Parliament House. This bill will strengthen the position of women in Parliament and Assembly.
Arpana said this is Modi’s master stroke
Arpana Yadav said that every woman is happy about this bill. This is a symbol of the far-reaching thinking of Prime Minister Modi. Every woman also needs reservation. No matter what religion or caste he belongs to. Women will start getting reservation in Lok Sabha, Assembly and political parties. This will change their position in the society. This is Modi’s master stroke. I repeat again that if Modi is there then it is possible.
