New Delhi: An FIR was registered against the BJP candidate from Hyderabad, Madhavi Lata, after a complaint was filed against her for pointing an arrow at a mosque.
According to a report by NDTV, police on Sunday said the complaint accused them of hurting the feelings of a particular community.
It should be clear that a video of this incident went viral on social media last week.
The complaint alleges that during the Ramnomi procession on April 17, Madhavi Lata made a gesture of pulling out an arrow and shooting it at the mosque. This affects the feelings of a particular community, police said.

Meanwhile After the video went viral, Madhavi Lata said in a post on X that she noticed that her unfinished video was being maliciously spread.
She said: ‘I want to make it clear that this is an incomplete video. And if the video hurts anyone’s feelings I want to apologize because I respect everyone.’
