Peshawar (Web Desk) South Waziristan Session Judge Shakirullah Marwat was kidnapped by unknown persons in Tank district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
On the other hand, Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur took notice of the judge’s abduction and ordered IG Akhtar Hayat Khan Gandapur to take immediate action. and said emergency measures should be taken to restore the session of the judge, Justice Shakirullah Marwat, after the kidnapping. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary and Police IG were summoned to the Peshawar High Court. Additional Chief Home Secretary was also summoned to the High Court.
After the kidnapping of the judge The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Ishtiaq Ibrahim, which was also attended by senior judges. A senior judge of the Peshawar High Court told officials that the provincial government was responsible for providing security to judges. There should be no negligence in bringing back judges.
