Complex Demolition Court Cases; Ali Amin Kandapur and others before arrest extended until April 27

ISLAMABAD (Daily Pakistan Online) Bail issued ahead of arrest of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Kandapur, former senator Shibli Faraz and others in complex judicial vandalism case. It has been extended until April 27th.

According to a report by private television channel Dunya News, an anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has heard a judicial harassment case against PTI leader Justice Tahir Abbas Sapra appeared in the court with the note.

The court asked from the investigating officer whether you want Shibli Faraz in the investigation or not. Investigators responded that no further investigation was necessary. The court therefore extended the pre-arrest bail of Ali Amin Gandapur and others until April 27.
