IMF approves 1 billion, 10 billion dollars for Pakistan

Web Desk: The International Monetary Fund has approved the immediate launch of the final installment loan program of $1 billion 100 million for Pakistan.
An official announcement from the IMF is expected soon.
According to news sources in the Ministry of Finance A meeting of the IMF Executive Committee on Pakistan was held in Washington. which approved the immediate release of one billion $100 million to Pakistan.
According to sources, the IMF has approved the final installment under the standby arrangement. Under the $3 billion loan program Pakistan has received $1.9 billion so far.
In the meeting, the IMF Executive Board also took note of the recovery of Pakistan’s economy. It should be noted that the preparation of the 9-month reserve will be completed as soon as the IMF funds are transferred.
