ISLAMABAD (Daily Pakistan Online) There has been significant progress in Federal Minister Ahsan Iqbal’s defamation case against former Federal Minister Murad Saeed.
according to details The Islamabad District and Sessions Court ruled in favor of ex parte proceedings in Murad Saeed’s continued absence. Additional Judge Hasina Saqlain heard the defamation case against Murad Saeed, Ahsan Qabal also appeared in court. His lawyer Kaiser Imam
In the defamation case, Ahsan Iqbal recorded his statement in court and said that Murad Saeed’s false campaign damaged my reputation. He also said that in 2019 Murad Saeed accused me of corruption in Multan Sukkur Motorway and said that Ahsan Iqbal received bribes from Ahsan Iqbal. It also said that Murad Saeed paid damages of 10 billion rupees along with an unconditional apology. The court summoned three witnesses to record their statements at the next hearing and adjourned the matter until May 23.
