The Nepal Cricket Association is asking for help from the government in getting Sandeep Limchane’s visa.
Nepali cricket officials have requested the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to get Sandeep Lemi Chane’s visa.
Officials said An attempt should be made to issue a US visa to Sandeep Limchane by attaching a copy of the High Court judgment with the visa application.
He said the lack of visas being issued was a concern. There is hope for visa issuance.
It should be noted that the United States refused to grant a visa to Sandeep Limchane.
The Nepali cricketer was found guilty of sexual assault last year. Another court acquitted him of the charges in recent days.
Sandeep Lim Chane has been included in the national team for the 2024 T20 World Cup after the Nepal board was acquitted of the charges.
