Potential player of the Pakistan team for the hockey tournament Azlan Shah has started the camp in Karachi.
Head coach Ayaz Mehmood said 35 players reported for the first day of camp. More players will report in the evening.
The players’ first training session started at 6:00 a.m. and continued for three and a half hours, with coaches Rihan Butt and Mohammad Saqlain training the players.
On the other hand, Tournament Organizing Secretary Azlan Shah contacted PHF Secretary General Haider Hussain and sent the Pakistan team’s training schedule to PHF.
The Pakistan team will leave for Malaysia on May 2, while the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup will start from May 4.
The Pakistan team will hold its first training session in Ipoh. Malaysia, May 2 at 9:00 p.m.
