New Delhi: An RTI application revealed that a pharmacy course at ‘Jai Sri Ram’ and names of top Indian cricketers were written on the document during exams at state-run Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal (VBSP) University in India. According to a Hindustan Times report, the university formed the committee after UP Governor Anandiben Patel, who is also the university’s chancellor. According to the report, he confirmed that the committee had recommended termination of the services of the two professors. This has not yet been approved by the university’s executive committee.

VBSP Vice-Chancellor said: “Teachers have been warned. To prevent this from happening again,” the committee recommended the dismissal of the teachers involved. But this model code of conduct is effective. and will take further action after the termination.
