He said that we should get full seats from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Senate, which is our right. Hostility towards the NACC continues on behalf of the Election Commission, according to Barrister Dr. Saif, who said the PTI is being separated from the political process under normal campaigning. This is because of the Election Commission’s unconstitutional decision. The Senate elections thus became controversial.
The Information Advisor stated that in the case of some seats, the Election Commission violated Section 104 of the Election Act. We have reservations about the Election Commission’s decision.
Clarified that the Election Commission has no authority to misinterpret the Constitution. If we observe the current situation, the Election Commission’s attitude towards the National Election Commission appears to be biased because we are not confident in the Election Commission.
